Waiheke Island Accommodation
Kiwi House is a boutique Waiheke paradise offering six guest rooms set on two levels, amidst spacious decks and an attractive garden setting.
We are perfectly located in Oneroa, Waiheke’s main village and just 5 mins by taxi from Matiatia Ferry Terminal and 7 mins by vehicle from Kennedy Point Car Ferry Wharf.
Oneroa Village is a 10 mins stroll from Kiwi House where you wander past two swimming beaches as well as discovering restaurants, cafes, bars & specialty stores along with banks, the library, and our local cinema and theatre.
We accommodate up to 12 guests a night staying in one of our three queen ensuite rooms or three twin single rooms with a shared bathroom.
We have a dining room where you many enjoy swapping notes and conversation with fellow guests.
Kiwi House is perfectly suited for weekend escapes, summer holidays, wedding groups or celebrating special occasions with friends and family.
When you are done lazing our beautiful beaches, exploring some of the 30 boutique wineries & restaurants on offer you may feel that a scenic walk is what you are looking for. There is a great range of trails from easy to more challenging that lead through nature reserves and past some stunning cliff-top holiday homes.
Exploring the bays and vineyards by bike or scooter is also great fun. For those who enjoying being on the water the kayaking is excellent along with paddle board hire.
Rates include complimentary tea & coffee during your stay, bed linen and bath towels (beach towels available for hire).
KITCHENETTE FACILITIES:
The kitchenette facilities include a microwave, crockery, serving bowls and small fridge for preparation of simple meals. There is also a BBQ on the main deck for guest use.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA GUESTS:
Kiwi House does not accommodate babies or young children. We do not have the ability to add extra beds to rooms - each room accommodates two guests only.
